Often the way we say something is as important as what we actually say. This video clip tells a heartwarming story about a person using their skills to help another human being. It also clearly shows how much more powerful a message is if it is worded correctly.

There is a clear lesson for business owners here: It is not enough to simply have a good message to tell the public (about your products / services etc). How you tell that story is equally important.
Invest some time and effort into making sure that all written material your business releases communicates the correct message and in the correct tone for the intended audience.
If this is not your forte then you can always hire someone that is passionate about and skilled in the use of words.
